New Construction

FIOC Phase III consists of the design and construction of six structures totaling over 147,000 square feet and all related site amenities. The design/build team met extensively with the users and the government to develop the design to meet their specific needs. GMH Associates provided design project management and architectural design services for two of the facilities: Intel Armory Facility and Radio Addition (P-105) and Radio Rappelling Tower (P-003).

• Intel Armory Facility and Radio Addition (P-105) -This facility accommodates storage, issue, maintenance and cleaning of small arms for the Intel Battalion.
• Radio Rappelling Tower (P-003) - The tower includes a hell hole and helicopter skid.
